Rel homology dimerisation domain
IPR032397
Definition
The Rel homology domain (RHD) is composed of two structural domains, an N-terminal DNA-binding domain ([interpro:IPR011539]) and a C-terminal dimerisation domain. This is the dimerisation domain PMID:17869269. This domain can be found in both nuclear factor of activated T cells (NFAT) and nuclear factor kappa-B (NFkB), which are RHD-containing transcription factors PMID:11344309.
10 human proteins with this domain
Each is a reviewed human protein in the Seroatlas serome and a potential autoantibody target; this domain groups them into one antibody-relevant category. Every entry links to its own record.
