The PNMA family includes paraneoplastic antigens Ma 1, 2 and 3, found in the serum of patients with paraneoplastic neurological disorders [[cite:PMID:10050892],[cite:PMID:16214224]]. The family also includes modulator of apoptosis 1, which has a role in death receptor-dependent apoptosis PMID:15949439.
