HEAT-like repeat

Definition

The HEAT repeat family is related to armadillo/beta-catenin-like repeats (see [pfam:PF00514]). These EZ repeats are found in subunits of cyanobacterial phycocyanin lyase and other proteins and probably carry out a scaffolding role.
