CUE domain
PF02845
Definition
CUE domains have been shown to bind ubiquitin [[cite:PMID:12573224],[cite:PMID:12628920]]. It has been suggested that CUE domains are related to [pfam:PF00627] PMID:12628920 and this has been confirmed by the structure of the domain PMID:12787503. CUE domains also occur in two protein of the IL-1 signal transduction pathway, tollip and TAB2 PMID:11023840.
8 human proteins with this domain
Each is a reviewed human protein in the Seroatlas serome and a potential autoantibody target; this domain groups them into one antibody-relevant category. Every entry links to its own record.
