TGS-like
IPR012676
Definition
The TGS domain is present in a number of enzymes, for example, in threonyl-tRNA synthetase (ThrRS), GTPase, and guanosine 3',5'-bis(diphosphate) 3'-pyrophosphohydrolase (SpoT) PMID:10447505. The TGS domain is also present at the amino terminus of the uridine kinase from the spirochaete Treponema pallidum (but not any other organism, including the related spirochaete Borrelia burgdorferi).
7 human proteins with this domain
Each is a reviewed human protein in the Seroatlas serome and a potential autoantibody target; this domain groups them into one antibody-relevant category. Every entry links to its own record.
