The RIH (RyR and IP3R Homology) domain is an extracellular domain from two types of calcium channels. This region is found in the ryanodine receptor [swissprot:P21817] and the inositol-1,4,5- trisphosphate receptor [swissprot:Q14571]. This domain may form a binding site for IP3 PMID:10664581.
